How is a product delivered?
We carefully package every item and we ship within 24 hours upon receipt of payment!
Orders are sent Standard Ground Shipping via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. For faster
delivery, you can upgrade your shipping, for an additional fee, to 2nd-Day
Air or Overnight Air. To upgrade your shipping, use Custom
Check-Out when you place your order.
How do I know when my order will arrive?
When ordering by phone, you will be given an Estimated Delivery Date.
When ordering on the Internet, you will receive an email within 24 hours
with complete information.
A tracking number will be provided when your item ships.
The Estimated Delivery Date for credit card and non-check orders is
easy to calculate:
Standard Ground Shipping: Allow 1 to 5 working days
from your order date.
2nd-Day Air: Allow 3 working days from when you order.
Overnight Air: Allow 2 working days for delivery.
Can I have an item sent to another address?
Yes. You can have your purchase sent directly to another
recipient’s address.
When ordering through a Customer Representative, you can have your item
sent to any recipient's address.
When ordering on the Internet, use Custom Check-Out to type in the recipient's
address.
Where can I have my order shipped?
We ship to all 50 states, as well as Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands,
Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall
Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and Canada. Items shipping
to offshore points may be delivered via U.S. Postal Service, United
Parcel Service (UPS), or FedEx based upon applicable regulations and service criteria.
Certain ship methods may not be available for some products or locations.
Hazardous items such as perfumes, hairsprays, cleaning products, etc.
cannot be delivered to offshore points.
Canadian customers will receive their orders through the Canadian Post.
In addition, we currently cannot ship the following types of items to
Canada: perishable items, food, cosmetics, items weighing over 66 pounds,
or items shipping directly from the manufacturer.
How do I know my Shipping & Handling charges?
Each Product Detail shows the S&H charges for that item.
When you go through Check-Out, the S&H fees are added, and you are
provided with the order total before you submit your order. If
you choose to upgrade the shipping time, you also will be told the additional
S&H fee.
There are a few ways in which you can save on shipping with certain
items...
Hardware: When you purchase more than one of the same item on
the same order, you will save 50% on the S&H of each
additional item.
Software: Standard shipping for the first item, you save
75% on the S&H for each additional item on the same order.

What is the return policy?
We stand behind every product we sell. We want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely
pleased, simply return the item within 30 days of receipt for exchange
or a refund of the purchase price.
How do I return an item?
Repack the item in the original packing materials and box. Important:
some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire
item or set for a replacement or refund.
Product Condition: Products must be returned in NEW
condition as shipped from the manufacturer. Boxes, packing materials,
wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards and products
must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or
defacing. Products returned in other than new condition will be subject
to a 15% minimum restocking fee. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable
condition will be returned to the customer without exchange. Condition
will be assessed at our discretion.
Packing and Shipping:
Pack all items in a sturdy shipping carton (not just the manufacturer's
carton). Include a copy of your invoice in the carton. Please keep the
original invoice. Print the RMA# on the shipping carton. Packages without
a visible RMA# will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for cost
of return shipping. Use the most convenient means of shipping. Insurance
is recommended.
